At Botánica Skincare Studio, our current limited availability necessitates a stringent cancellation policy to ensure exceptional service for all our guests. Your business is highly valued, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy for an enhanced customer experience.

• To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request a minimum of 24 Hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A credit card number is required to secure and hold your reservation.

• Cancellations with LESS THAN 24 HOUR notice and NO SHOWS will be charged the full price of the treatment cost. This policy ensures fairness to us and other clients who might have utilized that time slot. We appreciate your understanding, as it allows us to maintain our service standards and accommodate everyone efficiently.

• To ensure you get the full benefit of your treatment, we kindly request all guests to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration. Our goal is to provide you with the utmost care and attention during your treatment, and arriving promptly ensures you receive the full experience and benefits intended for you.

• For appointments, if you're over 20 minutes late without notice, it’s considered a NO SHOW. In such cases, the full treatment cost will be charged.

• If you're over 30 minutes late, even with notice, we'll need to reschedule your appointment. This policy is about fairness and respect for everyone's time. Each appointment slot is reserved and significant delays impact others who could've utilized that time. This not only affects your appointment but also disrupts other clients' schedules. To honor everyone’s time, the full treatment cost will be charged for the reserved time slot.
